Preparation
Drain the beans and rinse them under running water in a sieve. Halve the tomatoes. Arrange the Fit&Easy salad mix on plates, add the beans and onion cut into strips. Add the tomatoes. Drizzle the salad with the dressing and sprinkle with parmesan.
