Why is it worth it
Fig, cheese and grilled chicken salad is a great combination of sweet and salty flavors that give the dish a unique character. Figs and feta or goat cheese go perfectly with crunchy cashews, and a dressing based on olive oil and lemon gives the whole thing a light, refreshing flavor. This is a light but filling salad that is great for lunch or dinner.
Preparation
Cut the washed and dried chicken breast fillet into strips, rub with soy sauce and add spices. Leave for 15 minutes, then fry on a grill pan. On a flat plate, arrange the following in order: mixed salad, cooled chicken pieces, washed and quartered figs and diced cheese. Sprinkle everything with roasted nuts and pour over the sauce prepared on the basis of olive oil, lemon juice and spices.
