  • 1 pack of raspberries
  • 100 g salmon
  • 15 cubes of feta cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt, pepper
  • lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
Dressing
  • 8 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 small cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or wine vinegar
  • a pinch of sugar or honey
  • salt, pepper

Why is it worth it

Smoked Salmon, Raspberry and Feta Salad is a great summer meal! The combination of smoked salmon with a fruity raspberry note, salty feta and a dash of lemon creates a delicious combination that is both light and full of distinct flavor.

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash and dry the salmon, season with salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Place in an ovenproof dish and bake for 15 minutes. Put the salad on a plate. Rinse and dry the raspberries gently. Cut the baked salmon into pieces. Place the salmon and feta cheese on the salad, then drizzle with olive oil seasoned with salt, pepper and a few drops of lemon juice. Spread half of the raspberries on the salad, blend the rest and mix with balsamic vinegar. Drizzle the salad with the prepared dressing.
