This salad is a combination of freshness, sweetness and a delicate spicy flavor! With shrimp, melon, sesame and pickled ginger, a light but flavorful composition was created. The dressing based on olive oil, garlic and lemon adds a refreshing note to the whole. Perfect for warm days!
Preparation:
Marinate the shrimp (a little olive oil, a clove of garlic, pepper or chili) and fry for 2 minutes on each side. Add salt at the end. Cut the melon into 1.5 cm cubes. Peel the cucumbers and cut into half slices. Put the salad mix in a dish, add all the ingredients listed and the drained ginger. Sprinkle everything with sesame seeds.
