Preparation

Boil water and add Fit&Easy red cabbage mix, cook for about 15 minutes. Drain the water. In the meantime, peel the apple and grate it on a grater with large holes, peel and cut the onion into strips, cut the sausages into pieces about 5 cm long. Heat the oil in a pan, add the sausages and fry them until golden brown. Add honey, wine vinegar and the boiled red cabbage mix, grated apple, and chopped onion to the fried sausages. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and rosemary. You can gently pour in water. Mix thoroughly and cover with a lid. Stew for about 10 minutes. Uncover the lid and fry for a while longer to evaporate the excess liquid.
