Spinach, mozzarella, strawberries and Greek yogurt are a great base, while strawberry jam adds a subtle sweetness. Preparation

Layer the salad. First, spread out the spinach leaves and season with salt. Cut the mozzarella into quarters. Put a teaspoon of strawberry jam and Greek yogurt on each slice of cheese. Sprinkle with roasted sunflower seeds and drizzle with olive oil. Add a few strawberries and drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar. Next to it, place chicken breast stewed in your favorite spices and crispy croutons.
