  • a few slices of prosciutto
  • 10 black olives
  • a handful of melon sprouts
  • ½ a handful of walnuts
  • 4 slices of grilled zucchini
Vinaigrette sauce
  • 8 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 small cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or wine vinegar
  • a pinch of sugar or honey
  • salt, pepper

Why is it worth it

Preparation:

Toast the nuts in a hot, dry pan. After removing them, pour a little olive oil and grill the long slices of zucchini for 1-2 minutes on each side, then cut them into three pieces. Put the prosciutto cut into strips on the salad, add the zucchini and olives chopped into rings. Sprinkle everything with nuts and melon sprouts. A vinaigrette dressing will be perfect for this salad.
