Why is it worth it
Grilled pork tenderloin is a delicious, flavorful dish that goes perfectly with a light salad and aromatic vinaigrette sauce. Thanks to the combination of spices such as cumin and rosemary, the meat gains a unique flavor that contrasts wonderfully with the delicacy of fresh lettuce, pear and blue cheese. This is a great idea for a healthy and filling meal that will satisfy even the most demanding palates.
Preparation
Cut the pork tenderloin in half and place in a bowl. Grind the spices in a mortar: cumin, rosemary, freshly ground pepper and salt. Drizzle the tenderloin pieces with a little olive oil and coat in the spices. Refrigerate for 1 hour. After this time, grill the tenderloin on a grill pan on both sides until golden brown and juicy. Arrange the salad mix on a long plate. Cut the red onion into strips and sprinkle over the lettuce. Add the sun-dried tomatoes cut into strips and crumbled blue cheese. Cut the pear, along with the skin, into thin slices and spread on the lettuce. Cut the tenderloin into slices and serve on the salad, drizzling with the prepared vinaigrette dressing.
Enjoy!
