Why is it worth it
This dish sounds really exquisite! Caramelized pear with honey and walnuts adds a sweet flavor to the salad, which contrasts perfectly with the spiciness of the gorgonzola and the juicy turkey. Oyster and soy sauce in the marinade will give the meat a depth of flavor, and fresh ginger and garlic will add aromatic flavor. The whole thing topped with a homemade dressing based on olive oil, Dijon mustard and balsamic vinegar is a perfect combination of flavors! Perfect for a special lunch or dinner.
Preparation:
First, prepare the dressing, mix all the ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate to allow the flavors to blend. Peel the ginger and chop finely, press the garlic through a press and squeeze the juice from the lemon. Wash the turkey breast, remove any fibers and cut into narrow strips. Transfer to a bowl, add olive oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sliced ginger, garlic and lemon juice. Mix everything together and refrigerate while marinating. In the meantime, prepare the remaining salad ingredients. Core the pear and cut into thin slices. Add butter and honey to a hot pan, then throw in the nuts and fry for about 2 minutes. Add the pear slices and fry on each side for a while. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Remove the turkey from the fridge and fry in olive oil until slightly golden. On a platter, arrange the Fit&Easy spinach, cherry tomatoes, caramelized pear, crumbled gorgonzola, and top with the still warm turkey cut into thin slices. Lightly drizzle with the dressing.
Enjoy!
