Preparation
Boil the potatoes and sweet potato, cut into cubes, in vegetable stock in a pot until soft. Add the whole package of kale for the last 3 minutes of cooking. Blend everything into a smooth cream. Season with spices to taste. Serve with mozzarella balls, which will dissolve wonderfully in the hot kale cream.
