Salad with scallops
Vinaigrette sauce
  • 8 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 small cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or wine vinegar
  • a pinch of sugar or honey
  • salt, pepper

Preparation

Cut the celery into 1 cm pieces. Toast the nuts in a dry pan for 4-5 minutes. Set aside to cool. Pat the St. James clams dry with a paper towel. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the clams for a minute on each side. Peel the apple and cut into ½ cm strips, chop the nuts. Finally, add a few Fit&Easy arugula leaves.
