Preparation
Slice the grilled or roasted breast. Wash the tomatoes and quarter them. Thinly slice the red onion. Add the salad mix and Fit&Easy corn salad. Scoop out the avocado flesh, mash it with a fork and sprinkle with a little lemon juice. For the sauce, press the garlic through a yogurt press, add the lemon juice, season and mix thoroughly.
