Why is it worth it
Salad with peas and surimi is a light, healthy option, perfect for summer days or as an addition to a main course. The combination of surimi sticks, crispy celery and fresh cherry tomatoes makes this a salad full of textures and flavours. A dressing based on yoghurt and mayonnaise with the addition of garlic and parsley gives it a distinctive flavour.
Preparation:
Cut the surimi sticks into 2 cm pieces, slice the celery. Mix the sauce. Arrange the chopped ingredients on the lettuce, add the green peas and leek. Finally, add the tomato halves. Pour the sauce over everything.
