  • ½ white onion, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons wheat flour
  • salt, pepper
  • oil for frying

Crispy, golden and full of flavor – carrot pancakes are an easy way to have a delicious and quick meal. Delicately sweet carrots, aromatic onions and creamy dip are a combination that is sure to conquer your taste buds!

Preparation

Beat 2 eggs into the prepared flour and mix thoroughly. Add salt and pepper. Throw in the Fit&Easy carrots and chopped onion, then mix everything well. If the batter is too runny, add more flour, and if too thick, add a little milk. Heat the oil in a pan. Place portions of the batter with a large spoon and fry on both sides until golden brown. Serve with sour cream or natural yogurt dip.
