Why is it worth it

Crispy on the outside, delicate on the inside – cabbage cutlets are a delicious and simple alternative to traditional cutlets. Thanks to the combination of sweet cabbage, aromatic onion and cheese, they gain a unique taste that will delight both household members and guests!

Preparation

Throw the Fit&Easy vegatable mix into boiling, salted water, cook for about 10 minutes. Transfer to a colander and drain. Finely chop the onion and fry it in a pan. Mince the cabbage and onion in a mincer [option: leave as is, mix thoroughly]. Add the egg, breadcrumbs [about 3-4 tablespoons - the amount of breadcrumbs added depends on the moisture content of the resulting mass - if it sticks to your hands too much and cannot be shaped, add more breadcrumbs], season with salt, pepper, add grated yellow cheese. Form patties with a wet hand and roll in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
