Why is it worth it
This salad is a harmonious combination of crunchy vegetables, juicy tenderloin and slightly sweet pumpkin. Thanks to the fresh ingredients and aromatic vinaigrette, every bite is a real feast for the palate!
Preparation
Marinate the tenderloin (1 clove of garlic, a teaspoon of thyme, salt, pepper), fry until golden brown and place in the oven preheated to 180°C for 20 minutes. Peel the apple and cut into strips. Put the salad mix in the dish. Add the remaining ingredients, then arrange the cooled tenderloin slices. A vinaigrette will work great as a dressing.
