This salad is a unique combination of flavors - delicate artichoke hearts, juicy tomatoes and creamy mozzarella create a harmonious whole. Thanks to the aromatic vinaigrette and crunchy chicory, every bite is a real pleasure!
Preparation
Put the salad mix in a dish. Cut the tomatoes in half lengthwise. Remove the stalk and the pulp from the middle. Lightly salt and leave for 15 minutes on a paper towel to allow the moisture to drip onto it. After this time, add chopped parsley to the middle and add a slice of mozzarella. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 160 degrees C. Finally, arrange the baked tomato quarters and add a few arugula leaves.
