Fancy a quick, filling and aromatic dish inspired by Mexican cuisine? Pan-fried vegetables with minced meat, passata and rice are an easy way to have a flavorful meal that will delight any lover of intense, spicy notes!
Preparation
Fry the ground meat in oil until golden brown. Add the fresh vegetables to the Mexican pan (without the seasoning sachet) and fry for about 5 minutes. Pour in the tomato puree and fry everything gently. Put the previously cooked rice on a plate and the fried vegetable mixture on top. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese, garnish with a spoonful of sour cream and a drizzle of lime juice.
