  • 150 g grilled turkey breast
  • 150 white radish
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 chicory
  • 4 gherkins
Dressing
  • 8 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 small cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or wine vinegar
  • a pinch of sugar or honey
  • salt, pepper

Preparation
