Why is it worth it
Full of aroma, colorful and extremely easy to prepare – Italian-style vegetables for a pan with chicken and pasta are the perfect idea for a quick, filling dinner. Sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and Parmesan cheese give the dish a truly Italian character!
Preparation
Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips and fry in oil for about 5 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add two cloves of garlic, sliced into slices, and 10 sun-dried tomatoes, cut into strips. Fry for a while. Throw a package of Fresh Vegetables into a pan, Italian style, after removing the sachet of seasoning. Gently pour in oil and water, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Towards the end of frying, add the seasoning from the sachet, then throw in the previously cooked pasta. Mix and fry for another 2 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with grated parmesan.
