Salad with spinach and anchois
Vinaigrette sauce
  • 8 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 small cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or wine vinegar
  • a pinch of sugar or honey
  • salt, pepper

Why is it worth it

This salad is a perfect combination of delicate spinach, bold anchovies and juicy cherry tomatoes. Thanks to the aromatic vinaigrette and crunchy radish sprouts, it gains a unique, characterful flavor!

Preparation

Put the spinach and mixed salad on a plate. Add the anchovy fillets, halved tomatoes and onion chopped into thin strips. Sprinkle with radish sprouts. A vinaigrette with a bit more garlic will work great here.
