Preparation
Put the Fit&Easy Family salad mix on a plate. Fry the peppers cut into longitudinal slices on a grill pan for 3 minutes on each side. Drain the chickpeas. Cut the tomatoes in half and place them on the lettuce along with the chickpeas and the red onion cut into slices. Mix the sauce ingredients. Finally, add the grilled bacon slices and peppers. Drizzle with the dressing.
