Preparation:
Pour the Fit&Easy salad mix into a bowl. Divide the trout meat into small pieces, add the mushrooms and chives. Boil the water, add the wine vinegar (about 20 ml per liter of water) and salt. Stir vigorously. Then crack in the egg and cook for 2 minutes. After that time, remove it with a slotted spoon, place on the lettuce and carefully cut it.
