  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • zest of ½ lemon
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Preparation
