Salad with poached egg, caviar and chicory

  • 8 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 small cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or wine vinegar
  • a dash of sugar or honey

Preparation:

Put the Fit&Easy salad mix in a bowl. Add the chopped chicory and halved tomatoes. Sprinkle with caviar and drained capers. Boil water, add wine vinegar (about 20 ml per liter of water) and salt. Stir vigorously. Crack in the egg and cook for 2 minutes. After this time, remove it with a slotted spoon, place on the lettuce and carefully cut it.
