Why is it worth it
This salad is a real feast for the senses! The combination of juicy turkey fillet, sweet figs, pineapple and crunchy chicory creates an amazing composition of flavors. The dressing of yogurt, cilantro and garlic perfectly emphasizes the whole, adding freshness. Perfect for spring and summer days, when we are looking for something light but full of flavor!
Preparation:
Cut the turkey breast fillet into two slices and marinate in a mixture of soy sauce, thyme and curry. Grill or fry in a pan. Remove the stalks from the figs. Cut them in half. Gently heat the butter in a pan and add one and a half tablespoons of sugar. Place the fruit on the flat side and increase the heat under the pan. When the figs are golden on both sides, remove them from the pan. Put the salad mix on a platter, add the chopped tomatoes, cheese, chicory and fruit. Blend all the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad.
