  • grated zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Why is it worth it

Preparation:

In butter, fry onion and garlic, add kale and fry. Add a little water from time to time and simmer until soft. Finally, add lemon zest and season with salt and pepper. You can also sprinkle with almond flakes.
