Why is it worth it
This salad sounds delicious – the combination of juicy turkey, crunchy nuts and fresh vegetables is a great idea! Coconut oil adds an interesting aroma, and roasted sunflower seeds nicely highlight the whole thing. Perfect for a light but filling meal.
Preparation
Rub the turkey fillet with oil and spices, then bake in the oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Chop the vegetables. Spread the salad mix on a plate, arrange the sliced turkey and vegetables on top. Pour the sauce over everything. Sprinkle the salad with chopped nuts and sunflower seeds roasted in a pan.
